• Doro's solo work isn't as good as her former band she once fronted, Warlock (see my review of their 'True As Steel' CD) but she does give us fans her 'all' she has to give. Key tracks on this disc are "Rock You", her cover of the Electric Prune's "I Had Too Much To Drink" (decently done), "Something Wicked" and "Broken"/5(34).

• Musically, this is one of Doro Pesch's better releases. The first five tracks are outstanding, with striking melodies, lyrical guitar lines, and smoothly flowing instrumentation. The rest of the CD is not quite up to the same standards, with a couple of poorly-conceived tracks, and one sung in her native German/5(44).
